Before making judgement is it within her job description to do a Rand D&A test>? is she trained to identify a person under the influence of drugs or alcohol etc? if no it can only be a personal judgement, and then she can report her suspicions to the relevant person within said company.
As for morals AndrewG did you not say in another thread a driver should not disclose a potential eye injury to the DVLA. hmm, pot kettle black.
