Next time anyone passes through Swift at supper time I advise them to give the Motel K on the North side of the highway opposite Petro Can a try . The Scottish chef does the most superb prime rib , cooked to your choice , roast potatoes and horse radish , fresh veg and great gravy . Slabs of meat so tender you could cut it with a fork , which suits some . Truck parking on the West side of the motel , you’ll not be disappointed .
Great
Where is Swift ?

Its because most North American’s refuse to use a knife while eating and instead hack everything to pieces with the edge of their forks and then chase it around the plate trying to then get it on to the fork. On the rare occasion that they have to admit defeat and use a knife, they tend to hold it like a dagger and stab it in to what ever it is they’re eating or cutting and its like watching a re-enactment of early man from primitive times with flint tools etc.
