I have just heard that yet another Middle East man has booked off.
Les Rivet who was one of the first drivers on Middle East for Spires and Hartwell of Evesham has passed on. The funeral will be at Redditch Crematorium at11:45 on Friday the 2nd of September.
The crematorium is to be found to the north of Redditch on the A441 Birmingham Road.
RIP Les old mate.

Sad to lose another Middle East driver, when we were in our 30’s and thought, or hoped, we would live forever on life’s greatest adventure, reality catches up with us and we are now getting thin on the ground.
