They are wrong - you can only legally use RHA Conditions of Carriage is you are a paid up member of the RHA. Think about it logically, whhy would the RHA bother to create the industry standard and then allow non-members to use it? It would giving away a perk of membership, making less people likely to join. If you run under RHA Conditions and find you want to shelter under those Conditions if it goes Pete Tong, you will find the Conditions invalid.Why do you think you are right more than the brokers?
Can anybody check t & c’s in the insurance policy on the rha conditions please?(does it say anything regarding being the member of the rha)
