Hi Dave, as Gaydon is very close to where i lived, i never knew of a show, what is it please .inow live a way away from there now.
As for my first post,i have sent the second to the same place as the first… as you will see that i worked from FENNY COMPTON.near gaydon.in fact my father -in -law was stationed at gaydon for a time in the R.A.F.IN THE 1960S.

Yes its Gaydon Warwickshire Vic. You have the right place, its just up the road from Gaydon village at the National Motor Heritage Centre.
Cheers Dave.
I might go, only done one Steam rally this year for one reason or another so I’m hoping to do Gaydon. I advise se people to use their flasks as Gaydons’ cafe is vending machine fodder at restaurant prices.
We start thursday in the morning and take the boat friday at midday in dunkerque to dover.
If all goes the planned way we come with five lorries, all tractors.
Enjoyed it very much last year!

Regards Jimski
Got my ticket, will be there for the Saturday middle east reunion to see how many of us have survived.
What’s the chance of the meal being a “Camion stew”?
It’s a pity Jeff Ruggins is no longer with us so he could introduce the unknowing to his “Curried camion stew”, now that was really special!
I understand that that is exactly what it will be.
David
