Rest until now?

I have always done a manual entry up til now. But, the last time I worked, literally the last thing I did was remove my card. How do I get up the question “rest until now”? is that 100% always the default if you say no to a manual entry?

When u put card in and saying NO to Manuel entry, it will count rest from u pull ur card out til you have inserted card.

It’s actually the same question. On Stoneridge tachos you are asked “Rest until now?” and if you answer “No” it goes straight into the manual entry sequence. On VDO tachographs it asks “Manual Entry?” and if you answer “Yes” it similarly goes straight into the manual entry sequence.

In both cases the question only gets asked on card insertion.

Thanks, I was so excited at the prospect of not having to do a manual entry, however, I wasn’t able to insert my card straight away the next morning, so another manual entry was still required.

No it doesn’t. “Rest until now” doesn’t exist in VDO tachos, it merely defaults to “?”
