You don’t !
What you can do, is report a post, which brings it to the admin teams attention.
We then decide what should be done about that post.
If we get a lot of posts by one member being reported, we may then look at all the posts by that member.
We might then decide that this member is ‘disruptive’. Or we might decide that the reporting member is being ‘disruptive’.
And take the action we believe is appropriate at the time.
If one member of the forum is sending private messages, with content which would be unacceptable on forum pages, the recipient could report the sender to the admin team.
The admin team member would need evidence of the abuse, to back up the report. The recipient could also block PMs from that person.

Why would you want to?
Asking for someone to be put on pre-mod is a bit sad in my opinion, if you have problems with someone’s posts report it to the MODs and hope they deal with it, they probably won’t but that’s life

If you read the end of the ( agency famine ) thread you’ll read that I apparently went running to ricki ( I’ve heard this accusation a few times now ) , and that is why n.d is on moderation , I’m trying to discover if it’s even possible for me to get someone put on moderation , I’d of personally said it not possible, it’s seems it’s probably not possible . You wouldn’t take a blind bit of notice of me ?

Thankyou Simon , so I can’t get anyone put on moderation ? I can report them , so would it be possible to tell me where any reports ive supposedly put in about individuals are ? As far as I’m aware ive never done one , but apparently I have , so ive no idea where I’d find these reports

This would be quite true if you were looking to get somebody put on premoderation, but if you used the correct process, you’d have been given an explanation similar to the one you have already had. Either way up, you’ve had your answer.

Honestly doze why are you even ■■■■ bothered. 
It’s a forum, it ain’t real life, just go with it.
Getting stick on here has never really bothered me, tbh I actually enjoy it sometimes. 
I think I got a bit ■■■■■■ a couple of times when things got a bit personal,.and not even towards me it was a dig at my Mrs and family 
…which kinda shows the calibre of one or two f/whits on here.
Oh yeh,.and a couple of knobs who kept reminding me of the lasting effects at that time from my bankruptcy…which was 30 yrs ago ffs, do they really think I still give a ■■■■ after all that time…again it shows the (lack of) intelligence of some on here. 
Only time I’ve dealt with admin (without saying too much) is when some (well known) balloon on here made a complaint to them about me, but it was just retaliation on my part, normally it would not have even gone on my radar…
I would not dream of running to mods or trying to get somebody banned (even after one particular nice greeting from a certain individual that even the Old Bill would have been interested in …if I had given a ■■■■ so much about it to take it further ,.I did not btw …not much ever bothers nor phases me in life)
So just cool it doze,.there are far more important things in life to bother your arse about than what a bunch of strangers who do not matter a sh think about you.

or to put it another way- this resource is provided to all for free by the owners all they ask is you use it within their rules and not abuse the privilege they have given you- if you do, accept they may restrict your useage… as apparently, most on pre mod I have been told, do
