From what I can see from the .gov site no. You can download the form D777B(DL) but it has to be posted to DVLA So dig out your cheque book :laughing:

I’ve received my renewal through the post but the number given is constantly engaged
Also I don’t have a cheque book

It did take a few goes to get through.

DVLA will accept postal orders, did mine last week and got it within 5 days.

I spent a hour sat morn on phone ( meant to be open 8-14.00 think it was , got nowhere ) , sent a cheque
