I had a sudden brain ■■■■. Back in the mid to late 90’s there was a Red Turboliner belonging to O’donovan Transport from Ireland (north iirc) sat outside the Renault dealers on the southern side of Somo Sierra. It was there for as long as I can remember, so does anyone know the story ■■?

Yeah, a big 19ltr jobbie too, they went to the Mack engine for the Magnum 500 for some strange reason 
First production brake discs on the front axle of those too, only ever saw French ones in that red colour, Italian ones were always blue. That mob R&H, R&J whatever they were called out of Southampton that did the wine tanks had a couple of those 420s

ALLO CASSE AUTO is a french company not far from Nancy (east of France) which is demolishing cars .They had 4 of these R 420 to haul scrap metals in big tipper semi-trailers. But now they just have a drawbar PREMIUM to haul complete cars.
