If someone could please help this make make sense to me that would be great 
I’m curios as to why I have a reduced rest on the 17th/18th. Why would it not choose the 10th and 11th and as reduced rest? Its got me in a spot of bother at work as reduced this week on Monday.
I was supposed to be working right through from tuesday to next monday but now because tacho is saying I had a reduced rest last week I need to show a regular break this week, the only way around that for me now is to take next monday off and begin a rest half hour before midnight Sunday.
I just have no idea why its done me for a reduced rest last week when it could of counted a reduced rest the week previous to that.

Assuming you didnt put your card in a reader or anything…looking at it last weekend you had one lot of 45h and one lot of 40h32 which is over 24 hours but under 45 therefore a reduced weekly rest as far as the basic rules go. previous week you had a total of 106.5h which is 2 full weekly rests of 45h each and 16.5h change which isnt long enough for a reduced.
This isnt your fault looks like the software is up the spout/ needs setting up properly. I would go back to the company and point this out. If they dont want to know go higher up and ask why your boss doesnt understand what a continuous break is. You may find that the system will correct itself if you had a reduced rest next i have no idea, If it doesnt you will have to compensate for it in the normal way.
If they refuse to rectify the situation then you will have to make sure that you have the appropriate length breaks so you arent left with a remainder of over 24h but under 45h

Thanks for replying mate, so this week i only had tuesday off so will count as a recuced and im working 6 shifts through to next monday. Is this ok?
Im hoping last weeks reduce is just a tacho software glitch maybe?
others will confirm but broadly you cant do more than 144 hours on the trot between weekly rests. So it looks like you work afternoon/ evenings so if you started on wednesday at 2 pm you will be due a weekly rest no later than 2 pm the following wednesday.
Thing is… if its a software glitch or operator error of the software then this is going to keep happening. if its not sorted you will get an infringment. In other words you have to get the reduced rest issue sorted before hand.
