Quick question,

I reduced my weekly rest to 39 hours 15 mins last week. I plan on compensating it at the end of this week.

Will it be 45 hours + 9 hours Compensation to get it complete?

No it will be 45 hours + 5 hours 45 minutes (50h 45m) compensation to get it complete.

The compensation can be paid back en bloc by adding it to any rest period of 9 hours or more.
