When you say back to back presumably you mean can you have reduced daily rest periods on two consecutive days.
The answer is yes it’s possible and legal, you can have three reduced daily rest periods on consecutive days if you want.

The only rule is a max of three reduced daily rests between weekly rests - that is not the same as three per week
