Im on a leeds agency and they’re pretty good, now ive been on with them for a while the last minute jobs are ending, and im notified WELL in advance of workfor example i know where and who im working for at 6am Monday morning, as well as knowing there is a VERY good chance ill be in there all week!
the only thing i dislike is the umbrella pay… £40 seems to have magically disappeared out of my wages this week, I reckon maybe £20 is tax… but the rest GOD KNOWS! I shall be ringing them on monday to find out!
I can handle last minute work, and even cancellations if ive been left long enough to find another job, afterall its the nature of the job! But advance knowledge, regular work and direct PAYE are possibly the most important things!

I can tell you know we have a lot of good decent drivers on with us and they do not complain about the amount they get paid or with the jobs that they are receiving because some of our guys are contracted to the likes of Port of Tyne who are massive in the North East and are working with them at least 5 days a week.

Because someone has criticised a competitor in your area you’re trying to get them named on a public forum, do you not realise how unprofessional that is 
However as you’re such a fan of peoples business been published on forums, why don’t you tell us what vacancies you’ve got and what the rates are.
It’s pretty obvious you’re only on this forum to spam so either put up or shut the door on your way out 
Doesn’t look like there’s a lot going on after viewing the website. What do you have to offer ? T & C’S ? Any tramping work ?

I came on here for feed back not an argument. All I was asking was if you guys use agency drivers if so what do you think?

. I love it when people do that, especially when someone has quoted them all before they got chance to delete them, thus rendering the whole exercise utterly pointless.

Not at all! His sterling efforts and question avoiding here have been sufficient for me to never contact them for work as they’re just another bunch of time-wasters like most other agencies.

you surprised he deleted his account. All he was after was info and you guys decide to judge him on how he runs his business. I’m sure if you rung them they might tell you rates. Compared to other agencies i have worked for, his doesn’t sound half as bad as others. I’ve been doing class 1 work for several agencies and they have treated me poorly. This guy genuinely sounds like he wouldn’t do that. I might even get in contact with this guy.

I guess we can expect “DaveyG” to go and remove all his posts now as well, seeing as he’s been rumbled? Seriously, do these agency muppets think we’re all stupid and came down in the last shower? They all come out with the same BS and all he’s served to do here is advertise “his” agency as being yet another bunch of lying scumbags that promise the earth but when pressed for specifics they of course avoid/ignore the questions because the reality is they’ve got ■■■■ all on offer except the dog end £7/hr jobs that they can’t get any mug to do.
