made a complaint to the rec about 5th wheel in glasgow,thay took my complaint and sent a copy to 5th wheel who sent a reply dinying everything .rec sent me a copy. and that was that.end of story,unless i get a layer wich will cost. well rec thanks for your help i dont know whot i would of done with out you.TIGER WITH NO TEETH,this is whot hapens with self regulation,so if your going to complain about an agency think on,it seems all the agency has to do is deny all and pass it on to the legal dep.
