Hi all, just seen a job advertised 16,000-18,000 p/a…overtime after 40hrs…does this sound good or a no no? Thanks.
So that’s between £6.89 and £8.65 per hour. At the higher end I suppose it’s not too bad if it’s not too much hard work. At the lower end, I’d stop in bed.
Watch the overtime rate. Sometimes, it’s as low as time and a quarter so not as great as you might expect.
IMO any driver is worth £10 minimum but, in the real world, there’s plenty of exceptions.
