Rear view mirrors...

Now I know that trucks, cars, motorbikes, etc, all have rear view mirrors fitted…I’ve just been watching British Forces TV, and there on the screen was a group of crew members chatting about the Merlin helicopter. And what do I spot on each side of the cabin…yep, rear view mirrors. On a chopper? Really?

Because they’re used for rescues and winching the pilot needs to see Winchman when he’s hanging out the door
