Looks like a Peerless. Usually had a Gardner engine.

I agree, there was a green flatbed one of Witherington and Over Brothers parked up out of use in the mid sixties at Sonning Mill on the River Thames while it was still a working mill. I guess that it was scrapped when the mill became an entertainment venue?

Judging by the shape of the radiator, it could be a Thornycroft with a bespoke cab, a lighter version of this one:-
