as the title says a few random photos from last weeks truck race at Nurburgring, it seemed more like a truck show than a race event, but couldn’t get round too much of the stuff in the outer paddocks as I was working.
Set up day Catering by Mike the Mercedes parts Truckie, menu, Warm Bread rolls, with fried onions, bacon and eggs and washed down with beer. 
We went one of these “events” at Donnington,as you say looks more like a parade…spoke with one of the race team members and they told us why.m,because of the cost of repairing from crash damage all the drivers have instructions to avoid contact at all costs hence why it becomes a parade rather than a race with overtaking ect,was very lame and we left before all the races had taken place.
