So reduced rest. I’m due to start again at 07:00 morra which I think I can because it starts a new 24hr period, but transport bloke said start at 07:30 to be sure!?
Example:
Start 07:00
Finish 22:00
I can still start again at 07:00 the next day, yeah?

A new 24 hour period starts when you’ve completed your daily rest period, as you finished at 20:30 and you’re having a reduced daily rest period anyway you can start at 05:30 in the morning if you want.
The short answer is yes you can legally start at 07:00 in the morning.
