Is there a minimum amount of time you can use POA for?
I.E if you arrive at work do checks 15min other work then are told it’s going to be 1/2 hour before load will be ready so switch to POA then 10 mins later you get the all clear to go is that ok to book 10 mins POA?

1 minute and above will count as POA.

Yes as said anything over a minute can be POA, if you’re told half an hour wait but it turns out to be less that’s fine.
If you get paid for breaks that would be the best option, POA will wrongly reset your driving time if you’re not careful.
