I’m I right in thinking if I have 2 weekly breaks of 35 hours each then for my next weekly break I have to pay back 20 hours to my 45 hour break?
Any two consecutive calendar weeks must contain at least one 45 Hour Regular Weekly Rest
If you have a reduced rest it must be payed back by the third consecutive week
Thanks for was having a blonde moment

You can take two 24hr rests in a week but you still have to take a full 45hr within the 2 week fixed period, you cant add two reduced breaks together to make a full one.

You can take as many consecutive reduced rest periods as you like, or can fit in, as long as any two consecutive weeks have at least one full rest period.
This is a post I made last week in response to a similar question and illustrates how you can do several reduced weekly rest periods in a row and still be legal.
Coffeeholic:
Not long ago I had, legally, four reduced weekly rest periods in a row.Week 1, I had a regular rest period at the start of the week and a reduced later in the week.
Week 2, I had two reduced weekly rest periods within that week.
Week 3, I had a reduced weekly rest period during the week and then commenced a regular weekly rest period on the Sunday.
So it went,
Regular
Reduced
Reduced
Reduced
Reduced
RegularAnd only one of those reduced weekly rest periods, one of the ones from week 2, required compensating, which was done before the end of week 5.
The reduced rest periods were taken to allow me to commence another 6x24-hour periods (144 hours) before my next weekly rest was due. That was the case with the one in week 1, one of the two in week 2 and the one in week 3. Only one of those reduced rest periods required compensating for, one from week 2.
