Guys if i work sun mon tues wed then have 2 days off then do sat and have sun off then back mon i no how a fixed week works but i would be having my weekly rest thurs and fri so when i go back on sat then off sun would the would sunday count as a reduced rest if i then worked again mon tues wed thurs hope that makes sence thxs in advance

If you have any two back-to-back days in a rolling 7 day week, then it counts fine as a weekly rest.
You could work sunday,mon,tues,wed, take thursday & friday off, then work the following 6 days on the spin, having reset your week by the 45th hour which would occur in your friday.
A simple way I look to keeping tabs on it, is to only work 6 days on the spin every other week as a guideline!

Week 1
work mon tue wed
off thu fri = full weekly rest for Week 1
work sat
off sun = reduced weekly rest but not counted for any week so no compensation required if fri sat off in week 2
Week 2
work mon tue wed thu
off fri sat ■■? = full weekly rest for week 2
