so. my last dY on2015 was 23rd Dec.from 23 dec to 1st jan i was off.worked on 2nd jan and sunday 3rd jan iwas off.
.i will have this weekfrom monday 4th to sat 9th with sun off. my question is :
can i work next week mon to sat again? taking in consideration that from wed 20th to tue 26 ill be off… so more than enough to compensate.

I assume you mean you’re working this week Monday to Saturday 9/1/16 with Sunday 10/1/16 off ?
You had a regular weekly rest period last week and will have a reduced weekly rest period this week so must have a regular 45 hour weekly rest period next week.
You can only legally work Monday to Saturday next week if the Saturday shift is followed by a regular 45 hour weekly rest period, I’m afraid the fact that you’re off for a few days the following week doesn’t help you with next weeks weekly rest period.

There are circumstances where you can have 2 consecutive weekly rest periods on weekends but not in the circumstances you’ve described.
For instance if you had not worked last Saturday the last part of the holiday could have counted as a regular weekly rest period for this week (week 1), then you could have a reduced weekly rest period this weekend and next weekend (for week 2), the days you’re having off would count as a regular weekly rest period for week 3.
However you did work last Saturday so only Sundays reduced weekly rest period can be used for this week, so next weekend you will need to have a regular weekly rest period.
what about lets say i finish this sat (9.1.16) 4 pm. start mon 5 am. means i only have 37 hrs. if i work next sat as well same timees cant i consider from those 37 hrs i can say that 8 hrs are the compensarion and will be left with 29 hrs reduced?

It has nothing to do with compensation, legally you should have a regular 45 hour weekly rest period at-least every second week, paying back the compensation doesn’t turn a reduced weekly rest period into a regular weekly rest period I’m afraid.
You’re having a reduced weekly rest period this week so need to have a regular weekly rest period next week, that’s why I say if you work Monday to Saturday next week you will need to follow it with a regular 45 hour weekly rest period starting before midnight Sunday 17/1/15.
