I think he’s just had a few different jobs in the past few years, nothing to be ashamed about.

If you’re not happy/they’re not paying what you want then Oscar Mike or join the Union

You mean things like owing me nearly a grand in wages?
Like having to do a change of address 5 times?
Etc etc

I suppose you could always go back on coaches :smiling_imp:

I have got a fantastic job…couldn’t fault it except for its UK only, so about 4 years ago I had a moment of madness… I rocked up to pulleyns yard and to my surprise they offered me a start… In the end I decided the grass wasn’t greener.
I can honestly say I made the right choice… the novelty would have deffo worn off.

In those days it was 4 weeks away and 4 days off… Money? Well let’s be honest, that job is a lifestyle so your not doing it for the money are u?

I think with all respect living like a dog is a hard life… Weeing against the wheel and eating out a bowl.

It’s run by the sons now with their dad and they don’t suffer fools gladly

Dead mans shoes…

don’t think its a dead man shoes as you think there advertising for drivers on there website so here the stampead of wantaway euro truckers pounding through!!

I think if you’re willing to live in the real world and Willing to be flexible then this could be the best job ever! U really need to be prepared not to see loved ones For long periods… My only worry would be if the euro work dried up and it became predominantly UK

Also they may or may not be the best payers but would u be willing to trade for job security and professionalism? If yr stranded in the middle of Siberia, I’d imagine they would get u out of stook?

Live and let live I say

given that their niche market used to be the same as Matthews of Yarmouth, which is mainly export of Pharmaceuticals for GSK etc I doubt the Euro work will dry up, it is a lifestyle rather than a job, you have to be prepared for a minimum of three weeks away and silly o’clock starts and finishes, oh and anybody who don’t like fridges forget it there ain’t no turning the fridge off with drugs they are strictly temp controlled for a reason so if you can’t sleep with a fridge running forget it

You’ve had more jobs than I’ve had hot dinners!
