I am afraid you will have to jump through the same hoops as a new operator with the advert, finances and promises.
Many things can be done online like adding or removing vehicles, changing transport managers names and change licence type, you can surrender the licence online too.

Public Notice will be required and a Variation to your current licence.
Most newspapers now offer a pdf of the notice so you can upload it easier to the online application.

The time involved, if you are already an accomplished operator and you wish to move quickly. Hillcrest House do not move quickly. You can place the application whilst continuing in the old site, but that just prolongs the wait.
