Allow cookies in your browser then it won’t happen. You’ll only get that if you’re blocking cookies.
Until we get some developer time… to comply with the new GDPR rules yes we do have to have it… At present it is anchored to the post/topic/reply buttons. Hopefully at some point we will get it to only show on the post topic/reply pages which will be a lot neater. but for now to be compliant it is where it is.
