If you were to do a print out in utc time let’s say just to check break times for example do you have to legally keep it for 28 days as its in utc time as opposed to doing same print out in local time which doesn’t have to be kept legally for 28 days, it’s just that on a local time print out it say " no legal document" or words to that affect ■■
You’re not legally obliged to keep any printout unless it was made in order to make a manual entry of some description, regardless of the time format.

Thought that was the case it was just the “no legal document” got my small brain thinking.

That wording is just letting you know that if you need a print out for legal reasons then it must be in UTC.
