Found this for you, click on the map, I would say that it could be an access road off Fairmantle
Do what I do before delivering to a store that I don’t know, find there tel. number and give them a call. They will guide you in to there loading bay.

as said, go in off fairmantle street, second 3rd entrance on the right when you come off the roundabout, 1st is coach park, 2nd is a small employee carpark, 3rd is delivery yard for M&S and Primark since debenhams effed off, you can see the debenhams blue cab lorry parked up there in the second pic, dont go down the 4th or any further down that road, go back out the way you came or you’ll come a cropper:

thanks. I did just Google earth it myself and was hoping it was going to be the yard with the Debenhams lorry in it. Didn’t like the look of going much further lol.
