if doing it on a pc
1)hit reply a window pops up with a tool bar across the top
2) 7th icon in looks like an up arrow with a line under it.
3) click on it a new window will open up
4) navigate to where the pic you want to upload is
5) double click on it or click once and then click upload
6) jobs a good’un
I only use my phone…Samsung Android type.
ok … similar procedure
1)hit reply
2) in the box that pops up bottom right corner is the icon i was banging on about above
3) click on that
4)navigate to your pics as you would normally
5) double tap the pic you want to upload
maybe someone that uses their phone can take some screen shots

edit seems there is a file size issue but others may know better
