Pop ups now appearing

Is it my laptop but very recently on some posts there are high lighted words that bring up a pop up when I scroll over it. It’s only on Trucknet that it happens. Any idea on this ? Thanks

It is a bug I had one time on my computer,good job my wife can sort these problems out. Can’t tell you what it is, but it can be cured.
