Kicked in head whilst down?
Are we referring to the Manchester Airport incident by any chance?

Nice to see, or at least no surprise to see, that you are condeming the copper, who essentially saved these sh piece’s miserable lives by not pumping them full of lead, although it would have been justified…who told you to form, or at least state, that opinion ?

You never cease to live up to your image mate.:joy:

Luton Court 2005. Yaxley-Lennon kicked a Police officer in the head whilst he was lying on the floor.
The Cop intervened when Y-L was involved in a dispute…with his girlfriend.

That was about 9 months after the assault took place. When the courts habitually dealt with things more quickly than now.

The same cop who being off duty came out of his house wearing shorts and a vest, failed to identify himself as a police officer and (by his own admission) threw the first punch?

Two sides you see. Maybe that account is false, maybe it’s not. Believing everything one reads leads to a skewed view.

The copper who tried to save a female from an aggressive drunk male?

Does it matter whether or not it was a copper lying on the ground?
Would Y-L have not kicked him if he knew it was a cop and was not a civvie?

I was being deliberately obtuse…you know how that is, or flippant, on a wind up.
I kinda knew you would be digging something else up, so I looked…yep, right again.

So 2005 eh?
I looked up summet else, he was 23 years old apparentlly.
I’m certain you were something like a Sunday school teacher at 23, or a member of the young Lib Dems, but most of us, well especially me…where do I start ?

There are many things I did when I was around that age, that I aint prepared to talk about on here, that I would not do today…
Mainly because I am a totally different guy today, it’s called maturity, growing up.
So as far as most realist people go (not including you obvs,) , it is kinda irrelavent…

The copper who went in fists flying without identifying himself to the drunk male who was having a heated (non physical) Barney with his girlfriend? What would you have done in TR’s position? On second thoughts don’t answer, we all know.

He’s already told us…
‘He’d call the Police’ :joy:

You did in the part I quoted from your post.

And yet 2 Tier Kier has just released a load of convicted wife beaters from prison early to free up space for Karen off Facebook or anyone who speaks out politcally against the establishment.

That gives a strong hint about GBN’s reliability, agreed.
It does not say they are wrong most of the time.

Whether the phrase employs aporia, hyperbole, meiosis, I will leave for the English scholars to decide.

I do know that I would not have kicked a man while he was lying on the floor.

If the immature 23 year old Y-L had believed he was the victim of an unprovoked attack, he would have had the right in defence to have thumped and possibly decked his perceived attacker, to kick him when down would have been retaliation, and not defence.
Ask @robroy as should be able to explain to you if you cannot understand it.

:joy:
You sat there playing with words as if you were in a court, pontificating and telling people how they should and should not have defended and conducted themselves in an aggressive scenario, reminds me of the pompous lefty lawyers who go after soldiers, who they have deemed to have not conducted themselves properly in a war zone.

They are judging an unpredictable high adrenaline, high energy, non standard scenario occuring in a war zone, in the context of cold light of day in a calm manner.

They have zero experience of similar situations themselves.

If ever they found themselves in that same scenario, they would more than likely crap their pants.

So who are they to judge when in reality they have not got any idea of wtf they are talking about …and in fact same goes for you.

Apart from that he was 23 as I said, which for anybody else (apart from you) would be sufficent to put the whole thing in context…
Why are we even discussing something that went on nearly 20 years ago anyway ffs?
You should keep your muck raking confined to more recent time, at least maybe then it may have some relavance.

The conduct of one MP isn’t going to bring the government down. There are more important matters coming, such as the budget. The idiot MP is just low-hanging fruit for the cheap seats.

The only thing that TR is guilty of is not knowing when to walk away from a lost cause in this case the country not a domestic argument.

Dunno so much. Yaxley-Lennon seems to spend more time in sunny European spots than in the UK. Good job he has an Eire passport as his UK one might raise difficulties.

I guess that being a bankrupt is really tough. He can only afford a £400 per night hotel.

‘‘Spending time in sunny Euro spots’’
Beating the system even in bankruptcy
‘£400 per night hotels’’ (btw have you checked they comply with the star rating systems and are in fact actual ‘hotels’ :joy:)
That must not go down well with your disproportionate hatred of the guy eh?

It seems that green eyed jealousy is another item on your list of unnatractive personal traits.

Green eyed jealousy?
Oh, tut tut. I do not wish to get rich by being like Yaxley-Lennon.
Maybe you aspire to be like that, but don’t assume that everyone is concerned with only money.

I find the £400/night bit hilarious.
He has pages on the www begging for funds and many are only too happy to send him cash. A tax on the gullibility of racists and bigots seems quite fair to me.

Yep Y-L sure is “beating the system”. Currently in a UK nick, and we all know they are holiday camps too.

I wonder what will happen to the HMRC and other investigations into his more recent activities? I will bet that they will not be suspended whilst he is inside.

How much sympathy do you have for those who Y-L owed money to when he went pop @robroy ?
Those honest individuals and companies he owed monies to?

Yeah it’s obvious I aspire to be heavily involved in politics in one form or another, aye right

Look mate don’t judge others by your own stupid aspirations and fantasies…
And me ‘concerned with only money’ ? …How well you (don’t) know me.

(I’ll kinda ignore your reference to ‘gullibility’ btw,… but I will go as far as to reference ‘irony’.:joy:

You ask me ‘how much sympathy’ I have, what I think about this ‘disgraceful outrage’ etc etc.…when ALL I do is see a lot of TR/YL’s points and agree with quite a bit of what he says…that is as far as it goes.
I do not take up a Franglais style role of self appointed spokesman and apologist for anybody…again dont judge othets by your own standards and bizzare curious traits.

But yeah, keep it up, go ahead, and continue to sit there in pontification, all pompous and judgemental, at your computer in your beige cardigan, and keep ‘wondering’ and ‘disapproving’ of irrelavant to yourself type matters, and concerning yourself with all this kind of stuff,…
Where as I will be found strictly ensconced in the ‘Couldn’t really gaf about it all tbh’’ corner.

I will just keep discussing the incompetence of the present govt though if you like, and the current main issues that are ruining our country presently, that you seem so out of character in adressing and facing, in comparison to how vocal about it all as you were in the last govt

Case in point
Another Doctor, scientist, solicitor (according to the lefty lobby) enhancing our society in the context of integration and future prosperity.

This is the calibre of human trash coming over here illegally, being welcomed,.and abusing our (or their) misled hospitality ffs.

It is also reported (BBC btw) that a very high percentage of Vietnamese people have took to coming over to the UK (aka Thelandofmilkandhoney)
Not to escape war and persecution I hasten to add, no,…to avoid paying huge debts in failed businesss,.and to escape creditors…:joy:
You could not make this stuff up.

One was interviewed at Calais in his designer sportswear and baseball cap…(the current uniform of those in ‘persecution’) telling us…
‘He was left with no choice other than to come to the UK’’ yes you have mate, one of them is to stay tf where you are now.

I know this stuff is being done to death by me on this thread, but ffs is it ONLY me that finds all this stuff utterly disgraceful to our country, that has become a dumping ground for scrounging criminal scum …or what ?

Is there an argument to be had about immigration and asylum? Yes.

Is the best spokesman a convicted thug, and fraudster, who was an illegal immigrant himself?
But hey, if anyone wants to send him money…up to them.
