Is there any reason why my PM’s on this site occasionally refuse to send, going to my outbox instead of sent messages? I’m bewildered, I’m supposed to be a computer savvy youngster

Is there any reason why my PM’s on this site occasionally refuse to send, going to my outbox instead of sent messages? I’m bewildered, I’m supposed to be a computer savvy youngster
They stay in the outbox until the recipient reads it, then it goes into your sent items folder.
