Yep, I saw that episode, yet people still spend money on these gizmos. It’s not entirely true to say nothing works to disguise the number from speed cameras, a couple of strips of Gaffa Tape while not subtle would work a treat. :smiley: :stuck_out_tongue:

better way is gaffer tape you whole numberplate, peel it all off and throw soil on the plate, stck to the tape residue and at worst a pull and told to wipe it off :slight_smile:

I think you mean, at worse, upto £1000 fine! been there, done for that along with no licence, the fine for the mucky number plate was double the no licence fine :blush: , and that was 30 odd years ago.
