This is the third time this pie has been posted in the sky 
I only sign sensible petitions, yours is unrealistic, and the government would not get involved in a wage dispute, its up to each employer. If this industry was unionised ( like it used to be ) you would get practically what you wanted…stand alone, you get nothing.
Sorry but its a waste of time…keep dreaming.
So you want all those drivers that have taken the effort and time to specialise and don’t do supermarket/RDC/food/parcels work to sign this silly petition so they can take a massive paycut?
I can’t be bothered to re-read the other threads but I think someone has already said that the government doesn’t decide wage levels for private companies in the UK, so it’s a completely pointless petition.

It makes the guys on 7-8 quid an hour feel good, they no longer have to blame their own lack of skills or drive to go out there and get a better paying job, they can now blame the government for not “giving” them 15 quid an hour.
