pay cuts

reading them board at my new job it says the union has asked form a 4.5% pay rise on behalf of its t.g.w.u members.
the firms representatives have said there are no funds currently available for a pay rise but at the moment there looking at reducing the current 55 hrs per week gar pay to 53 as most drivers were working less hours, this may release funds for a pay rise .
  :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

the thought springs to mind >>>> more money per hour for less hours = same same.

hey ady . us at bislthorpe have been told theres no pennies for us as well . shame ozzy can afford to keep buying companys , but not pay the workers isnt it
