Frome Valley Transport came were based at the bottom of Frome Hill on the road between Hereford and Worcester Frome Hill is the very steep hill with 3 lanes going towards Worcester

Dean that’s a Dalton’s transport from Southampton (no longer trading) behind that Ascot Transport truck they used to do a lot of Scotch traffic, Buzzer.

one of the Ford D Series D1311 curtainsiders that I bought from Rank Hovis was OYT 105R.

Cheers Dean Toleman swallowed up Progressive which was after my time on transporters. The Danish Leyland looks the part, don’t quite understand the caption stating the the upper and lower decks were worked hydraulically, can’t figure how that framework allows that. Dieseldog might clarify :slight_smile:
