This looks to still be owned by the meat company, there’s a picture of a cow on the side panel, that could be a tallow tank, no hazchem markings on it, so it would make sense.

I think the ERF is one of J M Watkins from Abergavenny Dean.

Congrats on 200 pages dean, the sed ak was from ross on wye, pictured pulling out of ross. erf was indeed jim watkins of abergavenny, dont know the man, but bristol reg.
