How the frec can they drive wearing shoes like that
The late Peter Davison of Accrington drove for W.H. Bowker of Blackburn for a while during the 1980’s.
About 10 years ago Peter let me have quite a number of pictures that he took during his time working there.
Here are a few of them, showing motors driven, loaded, sheeted and roped by the man himself.

Paul does have a point can people try and edit there posts as there is no need to leave in all the
other pics etc if you are answering about one particular pic plus it stops everyone having to scroll
through lots of crap.

If the memory’s up to speed I think it was Hambrook Pallets, wasn’t it?

Hi Dean, looking at the Shepards 110 it seems I was at the same place as Paul…it was an auction at the Bath and West showground about 1982ish…heres the history of that lorry,by the way the unidentified FL10 was Hambrook Pallets and the Foden of Ibstocks was a contract lorry from I.R.Dunkerley,Cheers Bubbs,
Thank you DEANB, Great photo although the Whites wagon looks scruffy , did like the Cannons Marthon ,I did not know they ran them .
