I’m a bit late posting this by a few weeks, probably because I’m not feeling as excited as I thought I would be.
Even as an experienced PCV driver I still found the whole training and exam experience stressful (who doesn’t) 
and once I’d finished the test was convinced I’d failed.
Apparently a perfect drive up until 15 minutes towards the end when I seemed to loose the plot (forgetting to indicate!! - one of my own pet hates! 
) and nearly flunked it on the motorway drive…nonetheless I passed.
I’m going to take my time looking for the right job. I’m in a good area for HGV work so hopefully it won’t take too long.
