Passed my Cat. C on the first attempt! Not “clean sheet”, but SAFE, smooth, and everyone returned in one piece, so I call that a success!
On to C+E when my licence returns!

I’m going to try and find Class 2 work while I wait to do the C+E. 
Well done, from a very recent pass too.
I have managed to get some work with a company near me which is willing to take on new passes,m and I start in the next few weeks.
I have discovered though that a lot of employers are wanting experience despite how desperate they are for drivers which is of course common sense. It also seems like the government hasn’t quite got their head round all this with these boot camps. I don’t fall in this category but I was talking to an operatore this week who said they do not take on anyone under 25 due to insurance and they would certainly be concerned abut any Class 1 new drivers from the boot camps if they did not already have decent years of experience in smaller vehicles.
So it is wise to get as much experience at Class 2 as possible
