Got a load to collect from here Friday but will be there tomorrow evening. Anyone know anywhere handy to park?
On a related note I’ve got a postcode of TR9 6SX. Parkham Farms apparently. Any ideas as I can’t find bugger all…

Come off A30 Roche, at Cornwall services, (you can get a shower there just beside truck park btw) and if you don’t mind being ripped off park there also.
Or…free parking.
Carry on the B road out of services, past filling station on lhs, and turn left for Victoria, there is an industrial est with a decent pub just beside it…good meal but not cheap.
St Column about 10 mile up road from there…(not by b road btw, as there is a low bridge)
You can park on St Columb Business Park although I don’t think there’s much within walking distance. Decent pasty shop on the business park though, not sure of opening times.
It’s ok. Turns out that’s the postcode of my second drop
Turns out collection is up near Bideford so I’d imagine I’ll be somewhere on A39 if anyone knows anywhere handy?
If u r going to the cheese place its A39 from Bideford to Bucks Cross where u turn left for Parkham Farms.
Bucks Cross is just a hamlet so if you are self catering just before you enter the Bucks you can turn left then
swing right and reverse back away from some house’s, its the old road that serves a couple of farms so very quiet
Stick Bucks Cross in google maps if you can you should see what i mean.
To get to the place coming from Bideford as stated Bucks Cross turn left up the road to sharp r/h bend don’t turn the
corner go straight in front of you, 4 x/way go straight, T turn left next right follow road to cheese place.
i’m pretty sure its signed for “Cheese Factory” from Bucks X.
All the best.
Dog tired:

That’s the one.
Is it ok for an artic? Looks doable, like a turning place round back?
I might get there today. I’ve got a 2pm booking at St Austell Brewery in St Columb Major but if they’re not arsed about times I could be there for 12:30ish then up to the cheese place for 3/4pm ish
Yes mate ok for artics not the biggest of places but i’m sure you will be alright, iv’e not done the cheese myself
but been to the farm part a few times with a artic tipper, also delivered milk into there about 20 yrs ago when
i was on farm collections but the place as grown quite a bit since then.
Just remember you will be coming up the A39 the other way to what i was thinking, so still come to Bucks Cross
and turn right, from then it is as previous post. Once you turn off main road it is pretty much single track and
providing you don’t meet much local traffic even at the low speed you can go should be in there in 10mins ish.
If you need any more help just post i’ll keep a lookout, retired now and miserable weather nothing better to do.
Cheers.
Cheers. All done and dusted now. Met a few locals who were all sound but I guess they’re used to meeting trucks.
Well done toonsy, have a safe trip home.
