Can you still park on the cattle market behind the football ground? Got a drop at Berrington Spring Water in Marden in morning and wouldn’t mind parking in Hereford and having a couple of pints and admire the scenery
I know you can park around by Bulmers but I won’t get on there with a trailer on around about 19:00.
Yes i believe you can.
Nice chippy just round the corner as well. Or Wetherspoons within walking distance!
Used to cost a quid to park. Ticket from the machine.
Some belting pubs in town. One is done out like an old galleon with loads of them thar real ales. Buggered if I can remember the name mind

Used to park outside Bulmers with the unit regular when we loaded out of there and sample the town. Trouble is there you don’t know if the fella at the bar watching you is a member of the SAS
You can still park there, I was there about a month ago. £6 to park now though. The pub that’s done out like a galleon is called the Victory. There’s a Waitrose opposite the entrance nowadays.

Yea, there’s masses of space, I doubt I’ve ever seen it more than 5% full at night, during the daytime everybody who works in Hereford parks their car there and at 5:30 it empties out.
As you drive in and towards the end, you’ll see a second, smaller entrance in the far right hand corner. If you walk out of there and turn left, there’s a very good chippy about 50 yards along the road.
I went to bulmers with a tanker a few weeks ago, about 200 yards from the exit gate, turn right. Loads of room down there. I didnt get there till gone 915pm and still space.

That’s where I used to park up unit only when we loaded out of their a about 3-4 year ago but it used to be too full to get on with a trailer past 8pm then.
Ended up st Upton On Severn dut to the M42 and M5 being like a car park Oh it’s gone back down to 7quid to park here from a tenner now. Blues festivel starts tomorrow for the weekend too so would be a good stop off for the lads out tomorrow or weekended, be very busy.
Loads of space in 1 of the few town centre truck stops left. Plan your parking if you’re leaving anytime after 8am though cos you’ll wake up surrounded by cars.

That’s the spot, Harry. Home of the Hereford (formerly Spinning Dog) brewery.
There was a pub in Rhayader in mid Wales that also used to sell their beer.
Was another of my favourite watering holes back in the halcyon days when I used to run to the UK every week
