In the past ive never had more than 16pallets, so I flip a pallet on its side and secure it stopping the others from moving.
But how do you secure 50+ pallets in a box trailer with only secure points in trailer walls ?
Do you mean 50 loaded pallets or empty ones ?
I’ll assume empty pallets in this case. The simple answer is it’s a box trailer, so if you drive steadily you’ll have no issues with the pallets not being secured.

Agree ^ if it’s empty pallets then you could have 4 stacks of 10 and break down the 5th stack into 2 x 5 pallets and you’ll have to drive like a mad man to chuck them about.
