A lot of their deliveries are to building sites and builders merchants. I was talking to one of their drivers a bit back and a lot of them stay out all week and most of it is multi drop work say over a 2-3 day period. We do the Naylors contract who I work for and it’s more or less the same work and I enjoy it.

Mallinsons it that who u work for.
To the op. I’ve think they have a lot of axors.

Yeah mate I work for Mallinsons. Think all of Polypipe units are Axors, not the best cab to spend upto 5 days away In

What wagon you got mate. Seen a few of yours out n about lately. Saw parked in Peterborough services last week. And 1 of yours was in.

I’ve got a 61 plate mega space actros but I ain’t drive it since late December and I won’t be until July at the earliest as im off work on the sick with detached retinas. We’ve got about 6 new shape actros’s too.

Is that lad still driving that Polypipe FM flatroof with all the stickers lights chrome etc all over it? Hes had it years, poor fellla.
If he has got an Axor now, he must be the happiest driver on the road, all that space in the cab!

Always seem to be in a rush to me especially B1225 or A158 to Horncastle :unamused: :unamused:

I’ve seen that it looks terrible.

I always thought Polypipe was one of those dead men shoes type jobs, unless that is what a driver told me!

I thought all drivers were on agency. I know someone who works there, not driving, but warehouse, not heard anything bad.
