““Eimskip acquires 100% share in Innovate Holdings in the UK .
Eimskip is pleased to announce the acquisition of an additional 45% stake in Nottingham-based Innovate Holdings. Innovate is one of the biggest temperature controlled cargo in the UK with 30 coldstores at 11 locations in the UK. Eimskip previously held a 55% share in Innovate.
Pete Osborne, Stephen Savage and Stephen Dargavel will lead this management team and become one of the biggest shareholders in Eimskip holding 4% - 5% of total outstanding shares.””

I wouldn’t panic too much about 1 and 2 above. We got partly bought out (controlling share) by Eimskip last September, and we’ve since had a pay rise and are expanding, so no redundancies (although there were some at KL when their Felixtowe office shut down).
