Well, A4 is complete well past Kraków for some of the time already. And I don’t know nothing about truck ban on there, it’s one of the most important route without any real alternatives. Unless you think the summer ban for when there is too hot, when truck are stopped for the day, or some weekends bans etc.
thay kept trucks off the last about 80ks supposedly for the football finals but didnt open it for trucks untill early sept .lovely bit of road now .wasnt fully finished last time i went still doing barriers ect

Yeah, Tarnów is past Kraków, and from this stretch on the map to Kraków only is abt 300 km
