When parked overnight who is responsible for the vehicle and load
Answer = Driver
if that’s the case I am also a security guard
if that’s right then I cant get my overnight rest
Insurance not you you can only do so much locks ect if you hear anything phone police

As long as the vehicle is legaly and correctly parked that’s where your responsibility for your rest period ends …
