You needed a total of 45 mins which could be 30+15 or 15+15+15 or 15+30 so you are 15 mins short

As you seem to know you need a total of 45 minutes break for that shift.
When you next insert your driver card you can do a manual entry for a 15 minute break but you will need to manually put at-least 1 minute work after the break, that’s because breaks at the immediate start or finish of the shift don’t count for the WTD.
If you started the 30 minute break no earlier than 09:10 and no later than 11:25 you will have complied with the 6 hour rule.
