i suspect my messages get stuck in the outbox folder and are not being delivered… i believe i am not running any of the folders 100% full. can someone have a look please whats going wrong?

Messages will sit in your outbox until the recipient has read them. Then they move to your sent items.
So they have been delivered, just not been read.
