Why is a Scania g420 opticruise hoping out of gear in the morning only a message comes up to press clutch and when u do it takes off again and then hopes into neutral again does this a few times then it’s ok for the day any one have a answer

Sounds like a job for your local Scania workshop. A driver at my last place had a 63 plate G series refuse to change down, he had to stop, select N then put it back into gear for get it to go again. Scania ended up resetting the trucks onboard computer and that seemed to fix it. It also removed the artificial crippling they did as well. That thing would fly compared to the rest of the fleet.
